Terms of Service

These terms explain the rules for using Transwarp, including AI features, accounts, subscriptions, refunds, and support.

Using Transwarp

Transwarp provides AI chat, voice, search, translation, and account-based app features. You are responsible for the prompts, files, messages, and other content you choose to submit through the service.

You must use Transwarp only in compliance with applicable laws and these terms. Do not use the service to harm others, interfere with the service, attempt unauthorized access, or submit content that you do not have the right to use.

Accounts

Some features require an account. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials secure and for activity under your account.

You can initiate account deletion in the Transwarp app from Settings, Account, Delete account. Deleting an account may remove access to app data associated with that account.

AI features

AI-generated output can be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for a specific use. You are responsible for reviewing output before relying on it.

Remote AI features may send prompts, conversation context, voice transcripts after local speech recognition, account identifiers, app version, locale, and time zone to the AI service providers described in the Privacy Policy. The app asks for your permission before sending personal data to those services.

Subscriptions and paid features

Transwarp may offer paid subscriptions or paid digital features through Apple's In-App Purchase system. Any purchase made in the iOS app is processed by Apple and is subject to Apple's payment terms.

Features, limits, prices, and availability may change over time. If a subscription is offered, the app or App Store purchase sheet will show the subscription period, price, and renewal terms before purchase.

Refunds

For purchases made through Apple's In-App Purchase system, refund requests are handled by Apple. You can request a refund through Apple's Report a Problem page or the purchase management tools provided by Apple.

If you have a billing question related to Transwarp, contact Transwarp Support at transwarp@transwarp.tech and include enough detail for us to identify the issue.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, how it is collected, how it is used, and when it may be shared with AI service providers.

By using Transwarp, you also agree that data will be handled as described in the Privacy Policy.

Service availability

We work to keep Transwarp available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Features may be changed, paused, or discontinued as we improve the product or meet operational, security, or legal requirements.

Transwarp is provided without warranties to the maximum extent allowed by law.
